Simple Rules
to ensure you a peaceful stay
- Check-in is from 2.00 pm to 8.00 pm. (after 10.00 pm costs €25.00)
- It will be our pleasure to welcome you. We will show you the apartment, illustrating the various services and comforts that you can enjoy.
- Check-out is from 7.00 am to 11.00 am.
- Children are welcome.
- Pets not allowed.
- Smoking is prohibited in the apartments.
- The accommodations are reserved exclusively for customers.
- Parties are not allowed.
- To guarantee your reservation, 40% of the cost is required at the moment of the booking. The reservation will be confirmed by email only after receiving the amount established.
- The final balance will be required on site (cash or credit card) or by bank transfer in advance.
- In order to protect the property and its assets, we ask you for a cash deposit of € 200,00 which will be repay before departure.
- With our terms and conditions you accept that any damages will be quantified and deducted from the demage deposit.
- Extra/additional cleaning costs: € 20.00 (cash required).
- The city tax is € 3.00 per person per day and it is not included in the total price.
- The city tourist tax is not applicable to those under 12 years old.
- In case of cancellation, you must give 30 days notice, in order to guarantee you a full refund.
